Whether you’re a professional or a complete beginner, now’s the perfect time to take your love for music to the next level.

A fews spaces in my schedule have opened up and I would like to offer them to a select number of passionate students. It would fill me with inspiration to help you explore your musical abilities. I have observed when someone's competence is improved, their confidence shines.

I draw from the disciplines of 'Speech Level Singing' as well as classical theory that can be applied successfully to any singing style. Lessons increase vocal range, dynamics, pitch accuracy, vibrato, develop ear training, build confidence, anchor breath support, improve tone, learn to 'scream' without strain, and ultimately cultivate each singer's unique style and sound. Lessons begin with warm-up exercises and work with musical selections in styles ranging from rock, pop, standards, jazz, R&B, country, folk, rap, gospel, spoken word, and even classical arias. The goal is to build healthy vocal technique, cultivate creativity, develop self expression, increase confidence and find the heart of each song. For those interested in guitar or ukulele, we will explore chord shapes, strumming patterns, fingerpicking, melodies, keys, alternate tunings, popular songs and original composition.

Unlock your creativity to write your own original songs! For songwriting we look at telling stories in the most authentic voice possible. We work on lyrical imagery, melodies, hooks, and a variety of song structures and formats ranging from traditional to pop. We study the works of the greats and I will give you assignments and tools to break through creative blocks and to keep you generating new material.

You are welcome to focus on one or all of these musical endeavors. It's up to you! Take it at your own pace. Sing, laugh, share. Whether you are a professional or a complete beginner who’s always wanted to sing, or a seasoned pro, now is the perfect time to take your love for music to the next level. I am currently offering virtual as well as in person VOICE, SONGWRITING and GUITAR & UKE lessons via FaceTime, Zoom and What's App. I spend most of my time performing, recording, and writing songs, but when time allows, I teach healthy vocal techniques, guitar, and songwriting to a small number of students. Physical voice is only one part of "finding your voice." I'm equally passionate about sharing the experience I've gained in my own 25+ year and counting artist journey and performing career. We study the works of the greats who paved the way and learn what makes their work powerful and iconic. I will give you assignments and tools to break through creative blocks and to keep you generating new material.
